Drilled through a radiator pipe trying to hang a picture. Water everywhere. Phoned Northcarr on a Sunday and they came within 20 minutes and repaired the pipe. Showed me how to top the water up on the boiler too. Great friendly and professional service, very tidy and cleared all mess up. Fair price too. Would highly recommend and will book for a boiler service when due too.

I contacted Gary this morning for an emergency job relating to my kitchen sink. Despite being very busy he slotted me into his schedule and arrived later in the afternoon. He and his daughter were professional, friendly and very efficient. The job was completed in less than an hour even though I had expected it to take longer. Apologies, but this is a slightly long review but just wanted to document how thorough Northcarr Plumbing are. We first used them in December 2021 to service the boiler in the house we had recently moved in to. It quickly became apparent that the boiler had never been serviced since it had been installed around 10 years previous. So 10 years worth of dead flies, wasps, leaves, etc were removed and they serviced the boiler which continued to work. Recently, mindful of the boilers age and lack of maintenance, we decided to replace the boiler rather than wait for it to give up completely. We arranged for Gary to quote and he discovered that the boiler was in fact leaking and was really beyond repair. The following week Gary and Rebecca came to replace the boiler but discovered that as our walls were around 800mm thick they had to get a new flue. On their return, they also discovered that there was a problem with the drainage so again had to deal with the thick walls and install new drainage pipes…all of this was done on a wet and miserable Friday afternoon. Around the same time we also had a problem with some outside drainage which Gary did his best to sort but unfortunately needed jetting at high pressure to clear it. Nevertheless, Gary suggested a local company to do the job, but said to call him if we had any subsequent problems with it. Fortunately we now have clear drains, hot water and heating. We would wholeheartedly recommend Northcarr Plumbing for any associated problems as they have given us excellent service.

Late night emergency! Called and turned up within 15-20 mins. Gary did a great job and was super helpful. We’ve recently moved into our new home, Gary showed us both how to re-pressurise our boiler, what to look out for when fitting our new radiators and answered all our questions! Reasonably priced for emergencies. Would definitely recommend and use for future plumbing works👍🏻

Garry was highly professional, courteous and knowledgable. Our kitchen drain was completely blocked causing reverse flow. He responded to my call immediately over the weekend and came on time and sorted the issue with complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend his services.
